By requesting, purchasing, or accepting travel planning or related services from Just Cruises and Tours, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Just Cruises and Tours acts as a travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent third-party travel suppliers, which may include cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion companies, insurance providers, and other travel-related vendors. These suppliers are independent entities and maintain their own terms, conditions, policies, payment requirements, cancellation penalties, and restrictions, which travelers are responsible for reviewing and following. By authorizing Just Cruises and Tours to make reservations on your behalf, you also agree to the applicable terms and conditions of each supplier included in your travel arrangements.
All pricing, availability, promotions, amenities, and travel arrangements are subject to change until reservations are confirmed and any required deposits or payments have been successfully processed. Quotes are provided based on availability and information available at the time of research and do not guarantee future pricing or availability. Just Cruises and Tours cannot be held responsible for supplier price increases, changes in taxes or government-imposed fees, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other adjustments outside of its control. Travelers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, destinations, accommodations, cabin or room categories, flights, and other reservation details upon receipt and notifying Just Cruises and Tours promptly of any discrepancies. Traveler names must match the applicable government-issued identification or passport exactly.
Deposits and final payment requirements vary depending on the travel supplier and reservation. Travelers are responsible for ensuring all required payments are submitted by the deadlines provided. Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation by the supplier and the loss of deposits or other monies previously paid. Just Cruises and Tours is not responsible for reservations canceled due to missed payment deadlines or declined payment methods. Any professional planning, consultation, itinerary creation, or service fees charged directly by Just Cruises and Tours are separate from supplier charges and will be disclosed before services begin. Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional service fees compensate Just Cruises and Tours for time, expertise, research, planning, and administrative services and may be non-refundable once services have commenced.
Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the individual travel suppliers associated with your reservation. Travelers acknowledge that cancellations, changes, name corrections, date modifications, or other adjustments may result in penalties, change fees, fare differences, loss of deposits, or non-refundable charges. Any applicable professional service or administrative fees charged by Just Cruises and Tours are separate from supplier-imposed penalties. No refund can be guaranteed by Just Cruises and Tours, and any refund that may be due is subject to the policies, processing procedures, and timelines of the applicable supplier.
Just Cruises and Tours strongly recommends that all travelers consider purchasing appropriate travel protection or travel insurance to help protect their financial investment and address certain unexpected circumstances that may arise before or during travel. Coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and benefits vary by policy, and travelers are responsible for reviewing the applicable plan documents and determining whether a particular policy meets their individual needs. If a traveler chooses to decline offered travel protection, the traveler accepts responsibility for financial losses, cancellation penalties, medical expenses, trip interruptions, delays, lost baggage, or other expenses that may not otherwise be recoverable.
Each traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying the documentation required for their trip, including valid passports, visas, Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETAs), travel authorizations, identification, vaccination or health documentation when applicable, and any other documents required by the countries, cruise lines, airlines, or other suppliers involved in the itinerary. Travelers are responsible for confirming that their passports meet destination-specific validity requirements and that names on reservations match their travel documents. Entry requirements may change at any time, and travelers should verify current requirements before departure. Just Cruises and Tours is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, additional expenses, or other losses resulting from incomplete, expired, incorrect, or missing travel documentation.
Travel inherently involves circumstances that may be outside the control of Just Cruises and Tours. Flight delays or cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, cruise itinerary modifications, port cancellations, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, civil disturbances, government actions, health emergencies, supplier operational changes, and other unforeseen events may affect travel arrangements. Just Cruises and Tours will make reasonable efforts to assist clients when disruptions occur; however, it cannot guarantee the performance of independent suppliers or prevent changes made by those suppliers. Just Cruises and Tours is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, property damage, delays, cancellations, or failures of independent third-party suppliers or for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Travelers are responsible for evaluating their own physical abilities, health considerations, accessibility needs, and suitability for the travel experiences they select. Any mobility concerns, dietary restrictions, accessibility requirements, medical considerations relevant to travel arrangements, or other special requests should be communicated before booking so appropriate requests can be submitted to suppliers. While Just Cruises and Tours will make reasonable efforts to communicate these requests, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed and ultimately remains subject to the individual supplier.
Customized itinerary creation and travel-planning services may also be provided for travel arrangements that were not originally booked through Just Cruises and Tours. When these services are requested, the traveler is responsible for providing complete and accurate reservation information and documentation. Just Cruises and Tours is not responsible for errors, omissions, changes, cancellations, or issues involving reservations made independently or through another agency or booking source. Recommendations for restaurants, attractions, excursions, transportation, and other experiences are provided as a planning service and remain subject to availability, operating schedules, individual provider policies, and changes beyond the control of Just Cruises and Tours.
Electronic communications, digital itineraries, travel applications, email, text messaging, and other technology may be used to provide travel information and communicate with clients. Travelers are responsible for reviewing communications and keeping their contact information current. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and timely information, travelers should always verify time-sensitive details such as flight schedules, departure times, terminal or gate information, cruise embarkation instructions, and supplier notifications directly with the applicable provider when traveling.
By submitting payment, approving a proposal, authorizing a reservation, signing a Professional Service Agreement, or otherwise engaging the services of Just Cruises and Tours, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the applicable terms and conditions of the travel suppliers included in your arrangements. These Terms and Conditions are intended to establish clear expectations and help create a smooth planning and travel experience for everyone involved. Just Cruises and Tours reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as business practices, supplier requirements, or applicable travel regulations evolve.
